At Black Eagle, we pride ourselves on the professional support we offer to our managers and traders. We stress being proactive over reactive by constantly monitoring the positions and order flow of our traders to allow us to resolve issues extremely quickly, often before the traders are even aware that the issue even existed.
In order to increase efficiency and make life easier for managers with many traders, we have created a custom support website that all traders can access. The site connects directly to the trading platforms and trader requests can be approved automatically when they are within parameters set by their manager and Black Eagle. This results in instantaneous changes when requesting risk setting changes so that traders never miss an opportunity.
